Wig- I used an Arda Chibi, two hair buns, and a long clip in platinum blonde for this wig. And all I did was follow this tutorial! The only change I made when following this tutorial is I did not make the odango buns smaller by stuffing them inside of themselves, instead I kept them regular size (I like big buns, and I cannot lie) and just stuffed them with cotton fluff to help keep their shape. I also pulled down two small sections of hair on either side and curled them to better match Usagi's curly strands in her Crystal design.

 

Top- The striped turtle neck I bought off ebay and just removed the sleeves and fitted it to my waist.

 

Skirt- I used a stretch pleather for this costume not because I thought that material would best capture her dress seen in the opening, but because I wanted a pretty pink pleather circle skirt in that colors and said "hey, two birds with one stone!" The skirt and the bib part are separate pieces (so that I could wear the skirt by itself) and is also made of the same pleather material. To create the bib all I did was pattern out the shape of the bib to the best of my ability, back it with some fleece for some thickness and stability, and then just hand sewed the buttons on the front. The straps are just long, rectangular tubes that are sewn onto the front of the bid, and just tuck into the skirt in the back. 

 

Shoes- Just the same black wedges I used for my Umbreon costume.
